As promised, here are some pics of the finished Tzeentchian core: Two covens and some fire support. The models are a blend of corrupted Imperial Guard infantry, Chaos Marines, Flamers and Cultists.

Simple conversion: Some 40k gargoyle heads from the chaos vehicle sprue and some old style Sentinels.

Well, February was the month of “almost done”. I started off relatively strong with the last Iron Warrior models and then everything fell apart.
I almost finished:
Tzeentch flyers (but ran out of Asuremen Blue wash)
Slaneesh Knights/Titants (but ran out of Leviathan Purple Wash)
Khorne Transports (but ran out … no wait, I just ran out of time with these… finished the conversion and basecoat though)
I did get something done though. A somewhat disappointing 1600 points, but still better than nothing:
Iron Warriors:
2 Hell Talons – 300 points
1 Iron Cult Objective
Slaneesh:
1 Slaneesh Altar – 150 points
Tzeentch (pics to follow in the next few days – these were a “weekend sprint”):
24 Cultists with command (2 covens) – 400 points
4 Traitor Fire Support – 100 points
1 Altar of Chaos – 150 points
4 Traitor Sentinels – 100 points
4 Silver Towers – 325 points
Oh, and I finished lots and lots of terrain bitz so that I can finally finish up some of the Mordheim buildings.

Tzeentch is the neglected little step child in my chaos collection. Not only is the smallest army but also the least painted. Once completed its supposed to be 2800 points for the Thousand Sons (Black Legion list) and 1850 points for the Lost and the Damned.
Left column, front to back: Retinue with Rhinos, Flamers, Discs of Tzeentch
Middle left column, front to back: Havocs with Rhinos, Dreadnoughts, Thousand Sons with Rhinos, Deathwheel
Middle right column, front to back: Magnus the Red, Daemon Prince, Lord of Change and Firelords (the big empty flying bases – models are lying on the right of the bases), Silver Towers, Doomwings
Right column, front to back: Coven with Altar, Coven, Fire Support squad, Feral Titan and Warlord Titan
I don’t even have a 40k “big brother” for these guys. I felt so bad that I took a pic of the other “blue” 40k army in my cabinet. At least there is comfort in colour-matches.

Slow but steady progress on the Khorne Feral Titan. I extended the multi-layer domed head from the resin face piece and smoothed out the torso walls. The back piece is cut out from a plastic Ork Stompa with the tiled roof part removed. Most of the side of the torso will be hidden by the weapons so this is getting close to the finish line.

The Chaos legion has grown large enough to warrant god-specific pages. I removed the combined “Black Legion” page and added pages for Nurgle, Slaneesh, Tzeentch, Khorne and Undivided (Iron Warriors). They can all be found under Games & Armies\Epic Armageddon. The pages include all the new photos from the last few months of the ToEG competition as well.

The Slaneesh army is noticably smaller than the Khorne, Nurgle and Iron Warrior monstrocities. It also still needs a fair bit of work. The open space in the top left is for a few more inbound Noise Marines to allow me to find a decided Emperor’s Children force. The top right is the corner of shame where all the base coated stuff sits (minus a Questor Scout Titan that is still in the spray booth.
Left column, front to back: Retinue with Rhinos and Daemon Prince, Noise Marines with Rhinos and Havocs with Rhinos
Middle left column, front to back: Fire Support squad, Daemonettes, Mounted Daemonettes
Middle right column, front to back: Keeper of Secrets, Sentinels (the Eldar Wraithlord models), Hell Hound tanks
Right column, front to back: Coven with (missing) Altar, Coven with Chimeras, Knights and Subjugator Scout Titans (an unpictured Questor Scout Titan)
Total of 2235 points for the Lost and the Damned variant and 1850 for the Marines (Black Legion list). The Emperor’s Children fan list gets to use stuff from across the tray so that probably comes in a 3000 points or more.
I also took a quick snap of thier bigger brothers: My Warhammer 40k Emperor’s Children force. Long long out of date with the current edition.

The mighty Altar of Slaneesh is ready to lead the hordes of the pleasure seekers. More info on the conversion here.

I am slowly converting away on the Khorne Feral Titan. The wheel base is from a very old 40k Khorne Blood Slaughter. The arms are from the same model (power fist) and a Epic Ork Gargant (chain saw). The head is a resin cast of I think an old Juggernaught of Khorne from 40k. Right now everything is just pinned together and crudely green stuffed for the torso “volume”. Adding the rest will be a major challenge for my minimal green stuff sculpting skills.
