My long journey to complete the Anglo-Dutch at Waterloo in 28mm is completed! Hurrah. Photos of the full collection can be found here. Right on time for the 109th anniversary of the battle!

Below are the status of this project – my largest to date – for your amusement:
- 21 months of painting excluding about 3 months of prior prep/assembly/purchasing.
- 3105 figures of all types in total
- 62 command bases (4 army/corps, 12 division/special, 46 brigade & ADC)
- 78 infantry regiments (58 line, 20 light – 14 of which are large)
- 31 cavalry regiments (10 heavy, 21 light)
- 25 artillery batteries with 76 guns
- 108 skirmish bases
- 124 casualty markers
- 17 vignettes/bands
- 791 MDF bases
- ~35 cans of Wraith Bone spray primer (estimate, some used for other figures during the period)
- ~17 cans of AK Interactive Matt Varnish (estimate, some used for other figures during the period)
- 16 bags of Geek Gaming Base Ready Patchy Plains & Green Grass (mixed, some left over)
- 124 flags (all but four from GMB Flags though I bought a few more that I didn’t end up using for some of the cavalry)
- 18 bottles of Nuln Oil, 14 bottles of Black Templar and countless other Contrast Paints
I will now take a break with some other projects while I prepare the Prussians!

Hol-eeee Shit!!! That leaves me speechless, except for TRULY AMAZING!!
Thanks! Definitely a labour of love. 2000+ Prussians are next.
Crikey! I guess they need a big table to lay out for action? Have you tried it?
Even tightly packed like in the video, the army occupies an entire 10’x6′ table. Deploying it for actual gameplay would require 30′ or more of table length. Unlikely to happen any time soon 🙂
